Sherratt properties are competitive on price and went above and beyond with the work we had done. We are first time buyers and noticed when we moved in that the house needed a full rewire, something I’ve never been involved in. Jay had done a walk round with both me and my partner and went through everything we needed, even went on to tell up about other things which would be nice to add e.g extra lightings and outdoor sockets etc. something we didn’t even think about. Jay also wired all the outdoor cameras in for us and added extra wires within walls ready for further work we was planning. The quality of work and the time scale they had done this work was perfect. Only took him just over a week. Obviously with a job of this size you will find a couple of snags which once I notified him of this he was straight back out to rectify etc. I would recommend this company as the quality of the work and the fact he goes above and beyond with his work is just what we are looking for.

SPS have completed several jobs for us now, all to a very high standard, from guttering, flooring, to electrics. I would highly recommended the team at SPS.

I would highly recommend Sherratt Property Services. Jay and his team are very professional, knowledgeable, approachable and friendly. No job is too small and nothing is too much trouble. Their work is to perfection and they clean up afterwards. I wasn’t sure what to use to get the finish I wanted, when I explained what I was looking for Jay knew exactly what it needed and as you can see from the picture, it’s perfect 🤩 They also fitted a feature light, unfortunately I could only upload one picture so I can’t show it. Jay and Alex were brilliant. Very professional and respectful. Kept me up to date on everything. Not a mess in sight. As often happens, when your upgrading, other nasties show up..Jay offered me alternatives to the problems. Alex was an angel and did a couple of jobs I couldn't do which were not in the remit. Jay & Alex were so efficient and helpful. They did the job of installing two wall lights in the living room. And as an extra job, whilst they were here as they had some time, they also fixed the electrics of the landing lights. These hadn't worked for over a year. Friendly, trust worthy, value for money service. 100% recommend.

I was very pleased with the work done by Jay and Alex, who tackled my two jobs (replacing an electric shower and replacing a wall light) very efficiently. They left everything spotlessly clean and tidy. I had the workings of the new shower explained, and was given all the necessary paperwork. I would be very happy to use this firm again in the future.

After trying a number of electricians who didn't respond to our request I was extremely pleased when Jay replied and responded positively. He delivered exactly when he said he would and the work was completed to a high standard within the time frame given. We will certainly use his company in the future.
