Younus was a friendly and approachable and took the time to explain the end-to-end process of our proposed single side story extension. Younus made the process simple and was clear with communication from the beginning and was able to design my extension to the specification that I required, even making suggestions on how best to utilise space internally. Younus @ SimpleBuild was absolutely fantastic. Very efficient, prompt and easy to work with. He gave some great advice, and was very knowledgable about projects like mine. It was only a small job, but I'd feel very confident in SimpleBuild to take on a bigger project if I ever have one.

Younus from simple-build consulting engineers was able to visit our home to provide an assessment on whether the chimney breast was load bearing or not. He was very helpful and available super quickly to come out to the house. The visit was thorough and well explained. He wrote a report afterwards which was shared with us which summarised his findings which we found to be extremely helpful.

It's very rear you meet a a trades person like Younus. He saved me hundreds and refused to take a penny from me. I reached out looking for some advise to a question I knew the answer to, but wanted to be sure of. Everyone else tried to charge me hundreds of pounds, Younus looked at it and gave me free advise. While we didn't work together on this occasion, I would trust him with any of my future works. Very trustworthy person.

Younus was very reactive and provided a thorough and professional service when providing structural drawings for a load bearing wall i was knocking through in my flat. The drawings were provided in good time and he was always ready to answer follow up questions during the construction process.

Younus was great a getting the structural drawings we needed done. We had some obstacles along the way and he went above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed. He was always in communication with our builders and making sure things were being done in the best and safest way possible for our project.

Younus was fantastic and extremely helpful with your renovation progress. We needed advice and calculations for some structural work including the removal of walls and a chimney breast. He gave us advice and ideas, came to site extremely quickly and sent over calculations even more quickly. He submitted plans to building control, spoke to our builders, and provided new calculations when plans changed for a clear, fixed and reasonable price. He came out to calculate the steel measurements for one wall but simultaneously spotted an error with another wall and done the correct calculations for that too. Cannot recommend Simple Build enough. Our building inspector insisted on us using a structural engineer for our footings. Younus was able to complete our plan drawings within a couple of days. And he went the extra for us when our builder had misread the original plans and was able to issue us with revised drawings within 24 hours so our inspector would pass the footings so we could get our concrete poured. Younus was very professional, friendly and extremely helpful.

The aftercare service is also great, very proactive in sorting issues out and communicating with builders/Council so the works don't get delayed.
