If you have a heating problem or your boiler is faulty call this man! He is absolutely Gold. He installed a new boiler for us last year in the run up to Christmas and it was all done in a day, certified and warranted. When we had a problem recently he came around thirty minutes after I called him, worked for an hour, checked it all out and said it would be a warranty call on the manufacturer. Talked me through exactly what to say and what was wrong. All done now and so stress free. Definitely the best gas man I've ever used. Cannot recommend him enough!

Yiannis is a very friendly and highly skilled engineer. He has helped us many times, both during the day and at night, with emergencies as well as regular jobs. He also carries out our annual servicing for both our boiler and our unvented hot water cylinder, as we have an LPG tank. We strongly recommend him to everyone in the Rowland’s Castle area.

I have never actually met Yiannis, but he is possibly the kindest person I have ever spoken to. My brother has metal health problems and learning difficulties, I live 100 miles away, so when there is a problem it’s really tricky. Yiannis has, on a few occasions now, been round to sort out issues. There is never a fuss, my brother trusts him completely and is very reassured by his work. Yiannis always phones to update me, so I am kept in the loop as to what needs doing. I would 100% recommend Yiannis to anyone. Thank you (again) ☺️

Yiannis was recommended to me by my brother in Waterlooville and has been servicing my gas boiler on Hayling Island for two years. His work in both households is always excellent - efficient, clean, timely. He is very reliable, has a very pleasant personality and gives good advice. He responds rapidly to calls, puts himself out to fit the work in and is reassuring, which is needed when we're facing what we think is an emergency (sometimes it turns out not to be but he's kept our stress down throughout!). We've had an emergency this weekend with the boiler and he's found that it is, in fact, a problem with the gas meter. We therefore need to get the gas company out, so he did not get a job to do on the boiler. Despite it being a Saturday, he did not charge for the visit. After many years of paying high fees to companies for heating cover that did not always respond rapidly in an emergency, we are very grateful to have Yiannis, who is always dependable and willing to help.

Yiannis has fixed our old boiler, advised on what to get next and installed a new one, and now does our yearly service. Faultless work, always prompt and easy to contact, and explains things clearly and helps us make informed decisions. Definitely recommend him and his team.

Highly recommend Yiannis for any boiler issue and service. I called this am and he was at my door within 10 minutes the issue was sorted within 2minutes and he uploaded video of how we can rectify ourselves in future. Plus no charge as were repeat customers.

Yiannis arrived less than 10 minutes after I called him. As always he rectified the fault. Within a minute showed us how to sort ourselves in future even uploading a video of him sorting issue so that we can follow video if required. I always recommend him to everyone with a boiler issue.
