Was very impressed with the work that was carried out,extremely diligent and courteous.

John made a good impression before he even arrived ..messaging the day before to make sure the time still suited me, he was very nice about me pushing it back to late afternoon. He was very friendly and I felt like he knew what he was doing. He fitted a new washing machine for me and tjere were no complications. He brought the packaging down to the bins on the ground floor after, which he did not need to do!! And said if there were any issues hed come back at any time and sort it out.

Absolutely amazing. This trader is great price and so polite and clean they also showed up on time and didn't leave me waiting around like had been done to me on time. Respected that I had new carpet put in and it may be a small thing but after he finished the cuppa that I have him he went to the sink and washed it up himself. That's just a brilliant person through and through. Will be staying with this trader from now on and will be telling the rest of my family and friends to switch to them. 100% on everything they done

John went above and beyond with his service, Im was absolutely delighted with his work. As a female I didn’t have a clue what John was doing when he came out to fix my boiler but he explained everything to me and worked around my busy work schedule, even though I had to reschedule twice! Amazing service, he went above and beyond to make sure the job was finished quickly and professionally. There were no problems at all he cleaned up after himself and left the house looking spotless once he was done. Will definitely be in contact with John again if I need anymore work.

Excellent from start to finish. Organised on time, kept me informed and kept within the quote for a full bathroom refurb. We couldn't believe the difference in the bathroom. Everything was stripped out and cleared on the same day. The quality of the workmanship has been commented on by friends who have had their bathroom refurbished by other companies and not had the same standard of work or the prompt and efficient service. I will highly recommend. They even resolved a heating problem whilst they were that we had called out other plumbers to look at.

A fantastic, reliable and genuine plumber. I called John out for a job regarding a leak within my bathroom. I had previously called two plumbers out for the job, who charged me a fee and were unable to fix the leak!! John and his colleague were able to fix the leak within one two hours and charged me a very reasonable price! It was obvious that they had a lot of expertise and experience within their practice as they were able to solve the problem very quickly! Highly recommend!!
