"I needed an updated electrical inspection certificate. Sam obliged with an initial inspection and quickly identified key areas which needed updating to be safe and compliant. Sam talked me through all the work required and sent over a quote. The cost was very reasonable and could be completed quickly so I was happy for Sam to undertake the work. A new consumer unit was installed along with new IP rated lights. All the work completed was to a high standard and very neat and tidy. I would recommend Sam Spencer Electrical and will definitely use again for other work."

In England and Wales, notifiable electrical work (new circuits, a consumer unit, anything in a bathroom or kitchen) must by law be signed off under Part P of the Building Regulations — confirm they will handle that.
Prefer an electrician registered with a government-approved competent-person scheme (NICEIC, NAPIT or ELECSA) so they can self-certify the work meets the wiring regulations.
