Incredible service from start to finish! Leaving this review for my grandparents as they don’t have access to internet, we had to make changes along the way to suit my grandads needs as he is mostly blind so struggles getting around a little, every need was met and nothing was too much to ask for, general customer service and communication was fantastic and my grandparents can’t sing Luke’s praises enough! They’re absolutely over the moon, all work was completed as quickly as possible whilst ensuring everything was fitted correctly and the details down to the tiling and fitting was perfect! Everything looks amazing and I can’t thank these guys enough! Absolutely 10/10!!

Refit of a very small bathroom..Absolutely amazing transformation complete new bathroom suite fitted and the old one ripped out & taken away..Fantastic job boxing in pipe work and a great tiling job to hide horrible walls ( house age 175 years old )… Luke and partner are an absolute great couple of guys so helpful and informative.. If it’s possible for them to do it they will.

I am really pleased with Luke’s work . My floor looks amazing.Luke and his mate cleaned all the mess up , worked so hard . I can’t fault them easy to talk to when I asked a question . Had my bathroom tiled. Both luke and Jake where extremely professional and gave me alot of excellent advice I'm extremely happy with the price and I have already booked them in to re tile my kitchen next month. I have also passed their info onto my son as he wants his whole bathroom redoing. Excellent and professional. Would recommend to anyone.

Very impressed with the workmanship, attention to detail, always asked if there were any doubts on any aspects of the bathroom installation, refurbishment, but mostly impressed with the prompt, on time start & finish times, left the house in a very clean & tidy state, I have no issues with L & J's Installations, would have them back without a doubt on any other work I needed to be carried out. Completely transformed a small dull bathroom and the removal of the bath completely opened it up by fitting of a shower cubicle Also they built a vanity wash basin unit over where top of stairs took most of the room up The walls were boarded the floor tiled Quality bathroom suite and fittings were used I was Involved and advised every step of the way. Every evening the house was left clean and tidy They worked very hard from start to the end of the day They were polite and friendly a pleasure to have working for me. I would not hesitate in recommending this company They have done a brilliant job for me Very Very Pleased
