Stephen contacted me by text within 15 minutes of the job being posted. He promised to attend that afternoon which he did. He was polite, friendly and efficient. He put my mind at rest as the job was for my elderly mother and I was unable to be there. He kept me up to date by phone with his progress throughout and when he had finished. My mother's carers confirmed that the job had been completed satisfactorily. The charge was very reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.
Steve came out to repair our WC at short notice on a Saturday. He was polite and cheerful and spent time explaining the issue as well as the work done in order to repair the problem. Steve was very tidy, cooperative and fair with his pricing.
