We were absolutely thrilled with the work completed by the Stevens Homes team! Honestly, they exceeded all our expectations. From the initial consultation, we felt completely at ease. The entire building process was so professional, seamless, and, surprisingly, stress-free which was a huge relief for a project of this size. What really stood out was the communication. We were kept informed at every stage of the project, which made us feel really involved. The team itself was fantastic—always polite, incredibly tidy, and respectful of our space and routine.

We are very pleased with this job which involved fitting a new fire door and frame to the shared boiler room serving our Almshouses. Martin did a very professional job in a less than ideal location as the walls of the room are in very poor condition and far from straight. All work completed the same day to a high standard and room left clean and tidy. Best of all it passed inspection from Fire Service inspector. Would highly recommend.

We asked Martin to refurbish the en suite following the excellent work he completed on our extension. As expected the work was completed to the highest standard and to budget. He also helped us with planning the new layout which involved some tricky rerouting of plumbing. We now have a modern and more functional en suite which is a pleasure to use.

Martin is a top tier project manager and builder, capable of delivering great results and to an impeccable standard. Martin renovated and recreated our ground floor including converting our garages. He cares and keeps you informed. I wouldn’t hesitate to have him back and will for the next sizeable project.

Martin refitted the cloakroom in our hallway as well as fitting a new balustrade on the stairs and decorating the cloakroom, the hallway stairs and landing. He also laid a new travertine marble floor and re-plastered the hallway ceiling. Martin and the specialists he called in were all very skilled and knowledgeable as well as tidy and professional turning up on time every day plus clearing up as they went. We are very pleased with the results.

I’m really happy with the work Stevens Homes did on our place. They showed up on time every day, worked hard, and actually finished the job when they said they would. The quality is great, they didn't leave a mess behind, and the price stayed exactly what we agreed on. It’s hard to find builders you can actually trust, so I’d definitely use them again.

The services included project management and acting as the main builder, on a new build project which included the demolition of an existing house. All aspects through planning, design, procurement and delivery.

We had our workshop converted into an outbuilding, and Martin provided excellent advice from the very beginning. The work he completed was of a very high standard and delivered exactly what we had hoped for. We would highly recommend Martin!
