After a few quotes in a similae range, I opted for StructSpectrum as their depth of reviews gave me assurances they were the right choice. Arranged site visit and they were clear and engaging when they needed to adjust the site visit time and once they arrived the depth, the detail and the walkround was beyond professional. Talking me through every step and requirement. The quote was later adjusted when no drawings were needed as the wall was not load bearing. I would more than recommend. They were outstanding.

Needed a few structural measurements for some upcoming renovations at our house. Matt was super friendly, professional and was great with guiding us through the process. We managed to get booked in at short notice which worked well. Karim turned up on time, was also friendly, professional and answered all our questions. The aftercare was great and we received the detailed report efficiently which allowed us to pass it on to our builders and get on with the rest of the works effectively. The whole process was clear and stress-free. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

We had a really great experience with Structspectrum who conducted a targeted structural survey for us following a Building Survey which identified areas of concern. We called and they followed up quickly with options and dates, and were able to undertake the survey within approx one week of first contact. The report was thorough, took into account the findings of two other parallel surveys, and provided a lot of reassurance. They followed up with a clear cost estimate for remedial work and we were ultimately able to renegotiate the selling price using the information they provided. Thanks!
