I recently had remedial works carried out on my property due to visible cracks in the brickwork and concerns about wall tie failure. After consulting with a structural repair specialist, the agreed work included crack stitching, removal of old wall ties, and installation of new stainless steel wall ties.
Pre-construction/off-site design work was prompt. The heli-pile install went smoothly and I understand the operatives on-site were friendly and helpful.
Robert and the team were excellent, really communicative and professional in advance, providing simple overview and technical detail as well as answering all our questions.
