Said he would attend within the hour and did exactly that. Was expecting a big problem but it was the overflow pipe which had worked loose over time. Secured pipe. Very reasonable price, will use again in future if needed.
Identified cause of leaking kitchen tap and replaced parts. Very diligent to ensure leak was stopped. Polite and professional from first contact through to completing work
