I had 2 showers - one that was running too hot and one that was running too cold. Theo explained what the issues could be on the phone and it was agreed that new showers would be needed. He ordered them straight away and came out the next day to sort it. He was really friendly, explained the issues clearly and was tidy. Would highly recommend!

Theo sounded scary when I first spoke to him. But I couldn't be more wrong. Hes a gentleman, professional, friendly and reliable. I am very happy with the advice he gave and the pump installation. You can see he takes pride in his work as he is just as restless as you until the job is done and looks good.

Top quality work from THC Plumbing and Heating. Theo was able to quickly identify the issue with my toilet that wouldn't flush properly, turns out it was leaking and needed a new cistern. He came prepared with all the parts needed and was able to replace within the hour. Left the bathroom clean and tidy and no issues since installation. Highly recommend!

Had an issue with my concealed cistern kept rippling and making a noise like a seal. Worried I had to remove the tiles and knock down the boxing to get access to the siphon. Few plumbers suggested so but Theo did the job haste free without removing tiles or the boxing quickly and neatly. Very polite and professional.

It was a pleasure to deal with THC - Theo was the first to respond to my message and was able to quickly diagnose my issue from a few shared photos.
