The team at Terra Firma did a fantastic job completely overhauling our Victorian terrace front garden. Every job was done expertly with excellent results. They ensured that the garden not only looks nice but will last for another one hundred years with solid foundations for the wall and paving. Really happy with the job and highly recommend them.

Luke and his team did an excellent job landscaping and totally transforming our garden in SW London. Right from the start they were a pleasure to deal with, with responsive communication, helpful recommendations, and taking care to consider what we needed/wanted. The team on site were very experienced; conscientious; professional but friendly; and clearly took a great deal of pride in their work. Given we have a young baby they were mindful of when she was sleeping and always looked forward to having a bit of a chat with her over the two or so weeks they were on our property. The site foreman kept us up to date every day regarding progress, what would be done next, and the likely timeline for completion. We had reassurance throughout the project that we were in safe hands and that every aspect of the job would be done the right way. Even towards the end of the job, when it is understandable that thoughts start to turn to the next piece of work, the team were still as reliable and focused as they were from day one. The end result is amazing, we're delighted with our new garden and we cannot believe how much it was transformed. We have worked with a large number of trades over the years as we've been renovating our house room by room, and Terra Firma is without a doubt the best firm we've worked with. If you are considering a gardening or landscaping project I couldn't recommend them enough!

I cannot praise Terra Firma highly enough from my first contact with them to the completion of the job I am Totally Impressed. They are a professional and friendly workforce and Luke was available twenty-four seven for advice and information, this was not a huge project...replacing three doorsteps and reconfiguring a raised flowerbed but the work was completed to the highest standard, what was pleasing and surprising a saving in material cost was passed on to us. They are a brilliant company and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

First class from start to finish. Communication was perfect and Luke did a brilliant job managing the process. The work itself is first class. Luke and his team did a great job landscaping our back garden. They cleared the site, installed new decking, paving, a raised planter and lawn. Work was completed to a high standard and within the allocated timeframe. Workmen were professional, tidy and polite. There was good communication throughout and Luke was really helpful advising on materials and suppliers. We’re delighted with the result and can’t wait to get the planting completed.

New fencing and trellis put up and honeysuckle cut back. Great company. We were visited and quoted within a couple of days and the work was carried out the following week. Everybody was friendly and took care not to mess up the house. Finished work looks great.

We had a full garden landscape undertaken by Terra Firma. This involved building walls, level large areas of ground, tress surgery, clearing of woodland areas, crafting fences, building bench seating, creating brick steps, lifting and laying artificial grass, a grass turf lawn and porcelain paving. The work was undertaken with care and constant communication. Prices were discussed throughout at the project developed. Terra Firma were always, polite, tidy, respectful and I would thoroughly recommend them.

I'm a garden designer, and I was looking for a landscape contractor who offered a high level of skills and finish that I could recommend to my clients. I have now completed two projects with Terra Firma, one very large and big budget, and one very small withacsmalll budget - both were completed to the same excellent standard of finish and efficiency. We asked Terra Firma to replace an old, unsafe (slippery) front path and to pave a small, but untidy, front garden. From the first design conversation to the laying of the final stone slab the process has been wonderfully, well managed. Our ambitions were modest, as was our budget, but what Luke and his excellent team have delivered is outstanding. We just wanted to make our pathway safe; what we have got is a simple but brilliantly executed design which gives our house an understated but beautiful connection to the street. It is simply wonderful, and beyond anything we could have imagined. The quality of materials used is only surpassed by the skill and dedication of the craftsmen from Terra Firma. Throughout communication and consultation has been open and easy. The work was completed on time and on budget. What more is there to say except that we were very lucky to find them.

In just under three weeks our garden has been transformed beyond recognition. During the planning process Luke was so helpful and supportive and allowed us to make changes to the project right up to the last few days. He made the whole process so uncomplicated. Once the work started the team were fantastic. Highly skilled and professional and with a huge attention to detail. They got on with things quickly and efficiently. The end result is amazing. Terra Firma did a great job of renovating the front garden of my Edwardian terrace house. The work involved removing the existing broken tiling and step and replacing it with black and white chequerboard tiles from porch to a new path. New sandstone steps and rope edge bordering were also fitted. The remainder of the garden was laid with Brazilian sandstone slabs. The front wall was also rebuilt at the ends and a new gate and posts fitted. From start to finish the whole process was easy and Luke worked with us on designing the space and selecting the right tiles and slabs. Once this was agreed we had a CAD so we knew exactly what we were getting. After Adam surveyed the site the final plans were made. The job was done by Sasha and Andre with Mark the driver on site most days to remove any waste and deliver materials. The project was completed in 10 days as planned. Each night the site was cleared up and made safe for us to access the house. The work by Terra Firma was first class and we are very happy with the end result.

I had Luke and the team in to remove 3 large trees and completely clear our garden. In all, we met 6 members of the team and each one of them as polite, friendly and professional as the next. Absolutely top service and genuniely went the extra mile (even helped my elderley neighbours out on a few garden matters without charging) and I couldn't be more pleased with the work they have done. An enourmous amount of debris taken away from the garden but at the end of each day, the garden and our patio was emmaculate.

Terra Firma have done a fantastic job in our garden, building a clay pavers patio. Adam came round for the initial discussion and was able to answer our questions, and discuss the options with us. When it came to the work itself, the team from Terra Firma did a great job. We had two men on the site every day (except when it was rainy) - they did a fantastic job of clearing the area, levelling, and then laying the patio. Due to the size of clay pavers, it is precision work and they did a really great job of it - it looks brilliant. The team were friendly and also so clean and tidy, packing stuff up every day. We’re so happy and would recommend Terra Firma to anyone looking for a new patio!

We had our front walkway done by Terra Firms Landscapes. We sourced a few quotes for the work to be done and decided with Terra Firma as Luke is very approachable and the quote was reasonably priced. Luke gave his opinion on slabs and finishes which was appreciated. Once the work was underway, the guys were always on time and worked to a very high standard. Luke was available throughout which was great. Once done we were really pleased with the work done, and Luke has sent one of the guys back to sort a couple of minor snags. Overall would highly recommend and will certainly be using again.

From the beginning Luke and his team from Terra Firma demonstrated true customer service and partnership in converting our mud pit of a garden into a garden that our kids play in regularly and we spend time as a family. They are experts in their domain from design, tiling, putting up fencing, and landscaping. Each time they came they were considerate of our house and kept things as clean as possible. Their network of contacts also helped in summer unexpected surprises including knotweed that was discovered. We cannot thank luke enough for the care he showed to our project. All our aged Rhododendrons were devastated by the weather last year and we needed to have them all removed and replaced with a new garden design. Luke discussed the options with us and drafted several designs. Once we had settled on our preferred solution, Luke's men cleared all the dead plants, levelled the ground, lopped trees, erected a fence along our border, laid decking and built sleeper troughs for new planting, all to a very high standard. Throughout the work Luke and his men were punctual, professional, very friendly and helpful as we made changes along the way, nothing was a problem. We got the result that we wanted and will be getting Luke back once we have made a decision on the next stage.

Luke and his hardworking and highly skilled landscaping team did an amazing and professional job on our back garden project, from the initial meeting to the final signing-off inspection. Detailed quotations were provided in very good time. High standards and great attention to detail were achieved, timescales met, all with minimum disruption to the clients. An existing paved patio replaced with porcelain slabs, a central garden area transformed with figure of eight footpath with trellising and the lower area with raised beds for a vegetable garden. Luke personally project manages all elements of the project with great efficiency, expertise and works with the clients to achieve the best possible outcome. Luke is very quick to respond to any queries that crop up, he is a great communicator and nothing is too much trouble. All in all a great build! We would highly recommend Terra Firma for all garden design hard landscaping work. Luke also has good contacts with other professionals such as lighting technicians. Again, we have been very pleased with the workmanship on this. A big thank you for transforming our garden into something very special and to be enjoyed by us for many years to come. Having lived in my house for some 55 years, my garden needed a makeover. Luke Reynolds and Nathan have truly transformed it. They worked in freezing conditions and my garden looks great. They cleared away all the old vegetation and lawn, built wooden raised flowerbeds, built a lovely patio and more. It will be so easy for me to keep on top of it now.
