Great communication, reasonable price, turned up when they said they would, excellent attention to detail, overcame problems well, offered lots of fantastic advice about treating and maintaining the worktops, very tidy and they were really nice guys! We've spent 2 years extensively renovating our property and used a fair amount of tradespeople and had no end of problems with reliability and workmanship.
