Outstanding. Arrived same day - fitted the part next day - rang to say time of arrival . The part was no longer available as my dishwasher was an older model , but Yanis was able to repair the part and fit it. I will certainly recommend this trader and keep his card handy for the future .

I contacted Janis by phone after trying for over 20 mins to find someone in my area who could assist me with the problem that i had with my fridge/freezer which was only 2 years old that had stopped operating and had flooded below the vegetable tray He was most helpful over the telephone and suggested i try a couple of things that might cure the problem, then 10 minutes later he rang me back to suggest that i check that the drip tray was clear of any rubbish or bits, when i took it out he was 100% correct as it was fully blocked up and was the cause of the problem, saving me some £95 +Vat from Bosch service engineer. I cannot thank him enough for his help and will in the future have no hesitation whatsoever in using him should the need arise, also i shall give his details to all my friends to call if they ever have a problem - Once again a really BIG thank you Janis

I rang Janis at TG Repairs about a problem with the grill in my oven. He suggested a quick solution, which worked. He saved me the cost of calling out an engineer. I would highly recommend him.

TG Repairs has been absolutely wonderful! He has provided free advice on installing a washing machine and also advised on what was causing a rattling problem (it was a coin in the drain pump)! Such a genuine guy and company who knows exactly what they are doing and helps you! Highly highly recommend this company and will use for any future repairs!

Called TG Repairs Monday afternoon. Said he would come Wednesday afternoon and did soon after lunch. He explained the issue clearly and had our dishwasher running again in just over 30 minutes. We would definitely use him the next time one of our appliances gives us trouble.

I called TG Repairs this morning after my fridge-freezer went down. I haven't been getting anywhere with trying to fix it as other services either wouldn't follow up repeat requests or couldn't assist. I described the issue and the lovely gentleman was immediately able to identify the problem. He also was very honest to say a replacement was cheaper than a repair and recommended manufacturers I could look for. This consultation was done for free which is unbelievably generous and is something I greatly appreciate. It's also lovely having someone pick up the phone! A massive thank you for being so open and honest, and for being able to advise on next steps. I know what the problem is and how to fix it which is the main thing.
