Had The Boiler Engineer round because I had no hot water or heating , they came round very quickly and got it all sorted , very tidy and efficient.

I reported a problem with my boiler after 5pm asking for an urgent call out. They quickly called back and had an engineer booked the next day, who arrived promptly and had the problem fixed. Great service - thank you

We've just moved house and knew little about the oil system. Dylan serviced the boiler and talked us through the details of the boiler and oil tank etc. We felt very reassured and knew we could talk to the company again if we had any questions. Had an email and phone call to remind me that my annual boiler service was due which was useful. The engineer arrived punctually and covered his shoes whilst in the house ( always a plus !). He was friendly and helpful, carrying out a thorough check of the boiler, gas appliances and smoke/ carbon monoxide alarms and replacing a part . The boiler certificate was emailed within the hour. I recommend this firm for all round efficiency.

Polite, friendly boiler engineer attend my property, promptly at the agreed time to conduct a service. Engineer was knowledgeable and able to answer some questions I had and make some recommendations. Engineer conducted the work quickly and efficiently and did not make a mess.

Annual Service of Boiler. New Gasket required. Done the same day.

Once again great service from the boiler engineers. Arrived promptly and respected our property. Would highly recommend the boiler engineers to anyone. very professional and thorough at a reasonable price.

I originally called the Boiler Engineer for a Service. The service was completed efficiently. However it identified an issue with the expansion vessel, PRV and isolation valves and new parts were ordered. Once the parts arrived the team returned and replaced them. A few months later I had a separate issue with the boiler and contacted the Boiler Engineer. The team came out the following day, identified a faulty part and returned 2 days later with a replacement part and fitted it. All in all I have now used the Boiler Engineer 3 times and on all occasions I have been very impressed with them.

My boiler was serviced today by Brandon, done a great job, turned on time explained everything to me ,cleaned up after, very knowledgeable a credit to the company, will definitely use again, thank you. 10 out of 10.

My boiler was playing up and so I requested a service and diagnosis. The comms were excellent and the team well organised. Within a few days I had 2 friendly engineers around. They completed the survey and initially could not find any faults with the system. At the end they mentioned that they had squeezed the pressure relief system and it had caused/worsened a rupture. I was quoted for a repair that I have not proceeded with just yet. The system behaves as it did before, but now we seen large pressure swings that require careful monitoring. Gas safety cert received.

Communication was outstanding, I emailed outside of working hours 9 pm with a boiler breakdown problem. Within minutes my email was answered and I was given an appointment for the next morning. The engineer arrived promptly and was able to diagnose the problem straight away and tried to fix it. Reassurance was given that we could use the boiler until the part arrived to fix the problem. Cannot fault the excellent service we have experienced and would highly recommend. Thank you
