"From getting a quote to finishing the work we were very impressed with Roots Ltd, very professional, gave us advice when doing the quote. On the day of the work they turned up on time and set to work on our tree that needed reducing in height, the two lads doing the job were very professional in the way they worked you could tell that they really knew what they were doing and we found them very pleasant and helpful. They cleaned up and left the garden tidy taking away all of the cuttings. We would not hesitate to recommend them and will defiantly use them again."
"The team from Roots were fantastic. They gave excellent advice on reducing the size of our trees and dealt with the council conservation area paperwork for us. The team arrived on time, were friendly and cheerful. They did a beautiful job on the trees checking with us that we were happy with the shaping before any drastic action was taken. All the leaves and branches were swept up and taken away and the garden was left clean and tidy. We were very pleased with the work and would not hesitate to recommend the Roots team."
