We had all of our original property windows replaced with flush-fit windows, along with two sets of patio doors. Very happy with the service provided by Tony in particular, who always responded promptly and professionally. We would highly recommend.

I dealt with Tony Mac from initial survey to signing off the finished install, and I have been extremely impressed by Tony’s commitment to the highest of standards and his ability to give helpful, constructive advice every step of the way. Tony’s mantra is ‘it’s got to be right’ and he ensures the job is done right. It’s rare to find someone who takes pride in their work like this these days. No detail was too much trouble and Tony was always available to answer any questions or queries I had. Couldn’t be happier with my new windows and doors.

The Window Division have been brilliant from the initial phone call to the final fitting. Tony was brilliant with recommendations and suggested thicker frames for our windows which we love. He even readjusted our front door on his way out from quoting us! Mark the fitter is such a perfectionist and even when faced with a window that had been tiled in, he did a wonderful job! A company that turns up when they say they will and does a faultless job is very hard to come by, but The Window Division is that company.

I chose The Window Division to replace a front door with a bespoke ‘Rockdoor’. From the outset, the company was professional and considerate of my requirements, providing me with excellent guidance. Tony came round, did a great job explaining the options, an expected date of installation, etc. And the best price, hands down. The fitting team were courteous and diligent, fitting the door on a bitterly cold day. Aftersales support and care has been exceptional, just ‘next level’ customer service. I contacted Tony about a window. When he called round, he spotted something on the door I hadn't even noticed! He arranged remedial work, which was done in a matter of a week. Not months - a week! And the window work was just 'spot on'. From people that ‘know their stuff’ and take pride in their trade. I’d go so far as to say, of all the work I have had done on my new home, the front door is my favourite part! Personally, I could not be happier. Without question, my 'go to' window/door company.

Communication was excellent throughout the process, and the installation team were punctual, tidy, and clearly very experienced. Everything was explained clearly, and the final result looks great.
