The person who did the quote was pleasant, not pushy. The surveyor who came to measure the doors very pleasant an helpful. The fitters were great, got on with job. Overall very happy.
From phoning up asking them to come out to survey and provide a quote to the chap who came out to do that, the organisation of the date and time to do the job, the blokes who actually repaired the windows, everyone was very proffesional, efficient and courteous. They also did a top job. Can't fault them at all. I was very pleased.
