Highly recommend — we’ve used Fred and the team at ThePlumbers.org repeatedly over the last 7 years … first for services to our boiler, then to nurse it along and eek out a couple more years, and ultimately to replace it with a new one (plus ad hoc plumbing jobs in between). They’ve always given honest advice, and never tried to “upsell” into work that didn’t need doing. We’ve always found them to be very responsive and reliable, quickly coming back with quotes and in fixing appointments. We’ll use them again and they are our go-to plumber.

Required EICR Certificate on three flats. The quote received was competitive and the work was carried out on the same day. The certificates took about a week to arrive. Would use them again if required.

Fred was very engaging throughout and kept me updated on his service (as i was away) . He attended my property promptly to rectify my plumbing issue… just as he promised and also gave me a discount! I will surely be using their services again!

Fred turned up on time and was helpful, clean and tidy. We discussed the issue and came to a compromise which worked for both of us. The bill was slightly less than I was expecting for the time it took and it was an excellent experience all round.

Mira shower (leaking pipe) - another successful job. This time, Fred supplied and installed a new shut-off stop valve to replace one of the three existing compression isolating valve. He provided a good service, turned up as agreed and performed a great job. Will use again if I require any additional work. Have recommended to others.

An excellent job done replacing our old boiler. The job started well with a quick response to our call when our boiler failed, followed by a competitive quote delivered promptly for the work. We received good advice as to the type and model of new boiler we should install. The team arrived on time on the agreed the day of the job and completed the installation within 3 days including all the new pipework, installing a new flue vent through the side of the house etc. The work was of a high standard and the boiler is working well. I am very happy with the workmanship and the service delivered.
