Downstairs Toilet Refurbishment
Three3One Ltd carried out a bathroom refurbishment for us in August and they did such a good job we asked them to refurbish a downstairs toilet. Tim committed to completing the job before Christmas and, despite a tight timescale, was true to his word. Although a much smaller job, it was completed with the same professional attitude and the work was to a very high standard. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom and toilet and would highly recommend Three3One.

Plumbing backbone re-fit
Excellent work to re fit the backbone of the house’s plumbing to enable better water pressure and more reliable hot water and heating throughout the home. The work was completed in time within budget and without fuss. I look forward to using three3one for more projects in months and years to come.

Bathroom refit.
Tim and Ted did an excellent job from initial meeting through to completion. The design ideas made the space more efficient and the final result was superb. The extra people who came in on the job, tiler, decorator etc were equally professional. The attention to seemingly small details meant that the end result was really impressive. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Complete bathroom & WC overhaul plus new ensuite from scratch!
Tim ripped out a very dated bathroom and separate toilet. He helped redesign and install a stunning master bathroom with an art deco feel to tie in with the age of the house. He listened carefully to our ideas, was very respectful our budget and supported with every design feature meticulously. Tim and his team worked long hours in order to do the job well and his attention to detail was second to none. We have a spectacular family bathroom as a result. Tim and his team also created from scratch a brand new en suite in the master bedroom consisting of a modern looking massive shower and basin! We would not hesitate to recommend Tim and will be using them again.

Brand new heating & hot water system
Tim and his team fitted a brand new Vaillant Eco Tec plus system boiler with family sized water tank. This required a brand new platform in the loft and removal of ancient boiler downstairs and some incredible copper pipe bending! Tim and his team could not have worked more considerately & efficiently. Tim is truly meticulous and trustworthy. Despite every radiator in the house being ripped out they worked with limited disruption and tidiness. Thanks for all the hard work and for our lovely warm & efficiently heated home. We cannot recommend Tim and his team enough.

Fantastic home bathroom renovation
Working with Three3one has been a pleasure from start to finish - Tim and the team came to quote and we were immediately impressed by the professionalism which carried through on the fabulous job they did helping us build our dream bathroom. Tim invested a lot of time in making sure our vision and needs were understood, and contributed his expertise to help make sure our decisions would deliver the best overall experience. Through the build the team were always prompt, communicated effectively what was going on, worked hard and were a pleasure to have around our home - even the cats and our daughter were sad to see them go when the work was finished! The end result is even better than we hoped and is a testament to the skills, commitment and attention to detail that drew us to Three3one in the first place. Delivering such a great result could only come from having a team that were totally focused on making us happy and they certainly have achieved that.

Boiler service and radiator removal
These are our go-to people for all things plumbing, bathroom and central heating etc. They installed our new central heating system 2 years ago, and this time we had them back to do a boiler service and also to remove/reattach a radiator in a room we were decorating. As usual they were efficient and a pleasure to have around. I would highly recommend this team.

Family Bathroom and En-suite shower room
Tim helped design both our family bathroom and En-suite shower room. They removed our old fashioned bathroom fittings and completely gutted both rooms to install new fittings. Tim offered his expertise and advise on design, products and fitting. Tim and Ted are both polite and friendly, communicated well and kept as informed on all issues as the job progressed. Tim also brought in high quality support tradesmen for plastering and tiling. We now have a modern luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower and separate bath, as well as a stylish En-suite shower room. Excellent workmanship and all work was completed to a very high standard and detail. Would definitely recommend.

Three3oneltd installed 2 new bathrooms, an en suite shower room and renovated a downstairs cloakroom for us. All the work was carried out to an exceptionally high standard . We were guided through the process and given advice when we asked re choosing appliances etc . Tim went to great lengths to give us the bathrooms that we wanted taking no short cuts . The team were really well coordinated to ensure continuity (plasterer, tiler, electrician, decorator, flooring) and this work was all carried out to a really high standard. The installations themselves have been well used and are still as good as new and we have had no problems . The team were courteous, polite, tidy and extremely hard working . I have recommended Three3oneltd to many people and would happily do so again .

Welcome to Three3One Ltd We are a family established business of 3 generations and specialise in Bathrooms & Heating. Lots of people visit our page primarily for bathrooms, but our original roots are Gas Central Heating and three3one (331) is actually our gas registration number that dates back to the year Corgi registration began in 1970. We are a long established Team of great people and most importantly keen enthusiastic tradesman that deliver time and time again on every job that we take on. Everything is important to us at three3one and we will go out of our way on every job to meet customer satisfaction. In the past 15 years we have done just about everything we can to hit the high standards that we set ourselves from driving hundreds or miles to avoid delays on a job to helping with homework. We do our best to give great detail and idea to all customers and very often win over customers with our attention to detail. 2020 is actually our 55th year of family establishment.
