We feel at the end of the work we have a suburb kitchen which has been perfectly and professionally installed. There was exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in siting each component the kitchen which is clearly very important if the final job is to look right. Thomas's experience and knowledge helped to successfully overcome a number of design issues which were not apparent at the start of the project. NB In the attached photos decoration has yet to be done,"

The standard of Thomas' work is exceptional; he provided excellent suggestions, communicated clearly, resolved any problems and left the kitchen spotless every evening after finishing work. His charges are fair and his invoice was clear and fully itemised. He is the best tradesman we have had in our house and we have no hesitation in recommending him to others."

Never pay a large deposit up front — agree a staged payment schedule tied to completed milestones, and hold a small retention until snagging is done.
