Fixing someone else’s condemned installation
I was previously left with a very poor installation, Hetas condemned, with the original installer refusing to return and since being taken off the registry. Gary and Toast Surrey were great throughout, understanding the background, able to think through what was required following the Hetas report to make sure the stove was refit correctly all surrounds and flue replaced with higher standard materials which will last longer and be safer, documented the refit throughout for Hetas inspectors to view to see how he made the past works safe. Would highly recommend Gary and Toast Surrey, I will continue to use for follow up sweeps and maintenance.

Excellent work fitted me in at short notice
Gary installed a lovely wood burning stove for me at very short notice, completed all work on time, friendly hardworking and clean, also has offered me after care which is important, would highly recommend!!

Excellent Chimney Sweep Services
Gary helped me out in a pinch and came around to do a chimney sweep and assessment so that I could get a certificate for my landlord before moving out. Very professional, friendly, and did an amazing job with everything left clean and spotless afterwards. Would give 10 stars if possible. Thanks again, Gary!

Clean and efficient
Gary from Toast installed our wood burner 2 years ago and has been sweeping it every year since including this week. Gary is well priced, clean, efficient and friendly. We had several quotes for a wood burner install but Gary gave the best input and recommendations, suggesting the most appropriate model for our fireplace. When his price came in it was both reasonable and clear on the work to be completed. Installation was completed to a high degree of quality and as such I call him every year for a sweep which similarly is well carried out with no mess in the front room. Recommended!
