Plamen was on time and extremely courteous, explaining everything he was doing. A part had to be ordered and Plamen was able to return to fit in good time. Plamen wouldn’t accept payment until everything was sorted. Plamen is very knowledgeable, he carried out the work with care, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him

The mixer tap in our kitchen was dripping so Plamen replaced it with a new one. He was very friendly and courteous but also worked very efficiently with little fuss or delay. Everything was tidied up afterwards and he took the old mixer tap away with him which was ideal. We were very pleased with his work.

Plamen from TopFlow services installed a new boiler for me and did an absolute amazing job. Gave me the right recommendations for the correct product suitable for my needs, worked extremely clean, left the kitchen in the same state as he found it. 3 years ago he also refurbished the full central heating system for me, replaced all radiators and some of the pipework. I would always recommend to a friend!

Highly recommended! I used Plamen a number of times already. I am a landlord in Sutton and he is my number one contact if anything urgent happens and requires a repair. He stopped a major leak over Christmas when other contractors were not available, fixed plumbing after his working hours, repaired a boiler in one property when I thought it was not repairable and changed a boiler in a second property. We recently moved in to a 1930s house that needed a lot of plumbing work done. We've had leaks, issues with the boiler and new bathrooms to fit. I saw reviews about TopFlow online and was very impressed. We initially called Plamen on a Saturday due to a bad leak. He arrived within an hour, solved the issue and even recommended further improvements. Since then, Plamen has spent many days working at our house sorting out blockages, leaks, new fittings and is currently in the process of installing a whole new ensuite. Plamen from Topflow Services is an absolute top-class professional, who delivers a very high quality service consistently and reliably.
