Excellent! They did a great job, and our neighbour got his done after, as ours looked so good! Everyone says how great it looks, and everyone we tell is amazed at the excellent price we paid too. Already been recommending them to people, and will continue to do so.

Before you hire a builder
Never pay a large deposit up front — agree a staged payment schedule tied to completed milestones, and hold a small retention until snagging is done.
Get it in writing: an itemised quote with scope, materials, start and finish dates, and how any changes (variations) will be priced.
Be wary of a cash-only price or pressure to start tomorrow — both are red flags for an unaccountable job.
Ask to see a portfolio of completed work like yours, plus recent references you can contact.
