Travelling Workshop Limited

I needed somebody to fit a mirror on the wall. I called Travelling Workshop Limited as I had already used their service in the past (emergency door handle change as the kitchen door was closed and couldn't be opened, 9 pm on a weekend). I was so impressed with their availability, quick resolution of the issue, kindness, and professionalism. On both occasions (mirror fitting and door handle fix), I was asked to provide pictures of the issue in advance, so I was confident that the joiners would arrive well prepared, and they did. I fully trust the joiners from this company. I intend to use their service for any upcoming issues.

Would recommend demy and his team, they done a wonderful job, i was amazed at how hard they worked compared to other companies i have had in the past. Customer service is spot on, demy keeps in touch all the time to make sure you are happy with the progress. I will be using them for any jobs i have in the future, and also recommending them to my friends and family

Demy and his team repaired a hole in my external woodwork, caused by birds. The hole was high up near my gutters and needed the use of a scaffolding tower to access and repair the problem. I had struggled to find anyone prepared to do this repair until I contacted Demy. They also sealed round four upstairs windows and cleaned out my gutters. Initial communication was very good, and after coming to give me an estimate, they were able to come and do the job sooner than expected, so it all got dealt with very promptly and all occurred as planned and the invoice was the same as the estimate. It all went well, no problems, good communications throughout. I would use them again.

Dmytro did a great job replacing my entry door threshold. It now looks good as new. He was very quick, efficient, and communicative throughout. Happy to recommend him.

After having new carpets fitted, we were unexpectedly left with doors that had been taken off their hinges and would no longer fit. We contacted Dmytro and he and one of his team came round early on the next morning. They quickly sawed and re-hung the doors before going off to their scheduled job. We were very grateful for their prompt, friendly and efficient response when we were in a difficult situation.

Great service, responded quickly to posting and great job. Kept me informed on expected time of arrival.

Demy and Vlad repaired a hole in my ceiling caused by a leak. The communication was great, they messaged and turned up when they said they would, did the job efficiently and to an excellent standard, including returning the next day to paint match. The ceiling was artexed so they plastered to match and you can't tell the difference (except their work is cleaner!)

Demy & Vlad arrived promptly and checked the damaged wall. They explained what they would do, so I let them get started. They did a good job, and Demy says he will do the painting when I am ready. I am very happy with Demy and his crew, and would recommend them.

Demy and his team were quick and did a great job putting a small loft space above our bathroom and a variety of other smaller joinery and decorating work. The building warrant was signed off immediately by the city council with no issues, and we were very pleased with the quality of the work. The main disruptive work was finished in a fortnight with the snagging finished in two further weeks as we spotted small issues that he was quick to resolve. We’d certainly use them again if we had any further work.

Demy and the team did a great job rescuing our bathroom. We had recently paid another contractor for a complete refit, but unfortunately they missed some important waterproofing, and within 2 months we could see evidence of leaking. Demy’s team have been a breath of fresh air with good communication and following through prompt completion of the job. We are now much more confident that the shower is watertight and will last over the coming years.

They were happy to come back and adjust little things after they were done, and were really reliable, tidied up after every day and were kind and patient in the face of my indecisiveness. Wouldnt use anybody else. Finally found a good carpenter as a landlord that I trust.

I asked Demy to quote for a couple of jobs including replacing the boxing of a pipe and fixing the latch into the roof. He and Vlad did a very efficient and neat job. They came when they said they would, took no longer than they said, and charged exactly in line with the estimate. Demy is friendly, efficient and polite. I have some other jobs around the house which I will ask him to quote me for.

Some window sills were replaced and all wooden window frames and surrounds were rubbed down, painted and sealed. Demy's communications were very good. The workmanship by Demy and his team was excellent. They were very polite and kept me updated regularly. Overall it was a very good experience and I can thoroughly recommend Travelling Workshop Limited

Had two wooden and one driveway gate stripped back repaired sanded and painted. Really pleased the gates are fifteen years old and look as good as new. Demy and his team are clearly experienced craftsmen and extremely helpful. Their work ethic was impressive with good on going communication throughout. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending.
