Joshua of Tree Clinic Ltd quoted for removing dead foliage, old seed pods, and fronds from a large Chinese Windmill Palm and a large Cordyline palm in my back garden. The two palms are 25+ years old, very tall now. The dead foliage had built up over the years, never being cut back before, so the work was substantial, leaving a large amount of dead/dry material to remove through my basement. Joshua's work was impeccable, leaving the two palms looking simply magnificent! With a colleague, Davie, the two had previously prepared the basement with heavy-duty dust sheeting. Despite the large amount of material carried through (and equipment/ladders), everything was left spotless when they left (no decorative damage of any kind: always my big worry carrying garden waste/ gardening equipment through my basement). The quality of Joshua's work far exceeded my expectations. Tree Clinic proved reliable, efficient, friendly/courteous, easy/pleasant to do business with, and very expert at what they do.

Very happy with the work. I had a lone tree in my small rear garden cut back. The guys did the work quickly and tidied up the leaves and debris after they were done. As I have no rear access to the garden, they put down sheets to protect the carpets and were careful bringing their equipment through the flat. 10/10

Joshua and his colleague provide excellent service. Joshua visited the property promptly and gave me an immediate quote and was able to do the work 4 days later. Living in a terraced house meant the debris had to be removed thought the house and we had a new carpet! Joshua brought sheets to cover the entire passage from the front to back doors and no marks were left anywhere (phew!): this was a great relief. Both trees beautifully reduced in size to attractive shapes with all rubbish removed. Despite snow on the ground, they arrived on time and did all the work quickly. Very friendly and courteous. The cost was reasonable with prompt invoice follow up. Couldn't fault the entire process: highly recommended and will use again.

Joshua David returned calls promptly, came to give a quote quickly, turned up reliably and on time. He has done two jobs for us, cutting back a large branch and then cutting off a large part of a Robinia which the wind had blown against the house. They worked efficiently, safely, with no damage to the remaining structure. The use of noisy machines was judicious and minimal with great respect for habitat and wildlife. The cost was reasonable, adhering to the original quote. The garden was left swept and clear. Nice people to have around. Highly recommended.
