Paid the deposit, they then took 2 weeks to get booked in after us chasing which they then never showed up for. Showed up on a random day with no notice. Didn’t finish the job, we had to go into the loft and finish ourselves. Left a complete mess, broken tiles in the gutter and on the floor as well as a pile of tiles on the garage roof. Totally unprofessional, customer service was terrible. Complained with no offer of any resolution. Do not use.

We have been so impressed with the workmanship and customer service of this company. We got quotes from a number of other tradesman in the area to replace our roof but this company were the only ones who presented a realistic and costed plan. The work they completed was extensive but consistently of good quality. We found communication with Rob in particular to be excellent. We are very grateful for the ongoing work they are doing without additional charge. We will 100% use this company again for any future work.

Contacted for leaking roof, issue was found on initial visit to be flashing around chimney needing replacement. Work was paid for and completed in under a week, bit of communication issue for when specifically the work would start - but very quick, professional and easy to contact. Would recommend

We contacted Trustmark re replacement of a flat roof. Their response was quick and professional, we accepted the quote and because there would be a delay, a team arrived within an hour and placed a temporary cover to protect us. The replacement roof was completed by a very efficient team who would not even stop for a ‘cuppa’. Every thing was clean and tidy when they left, they were a credit to the firm I would not hesitate to recommend Trustmark.

Very good work carried out by this company within 7 days despite losing time because of bad weather. The team arrived promptly at 8 am (sometimes at 7.30am ) All members were very polite. The office were quick to respond to enquiries. They organised scaffolding and skips for debris. When the job was completed William made sure everything was cleared up and he was particularly helpful. I will use them for any work I have in future and I would certainly recommend them.

From start to finish, the job was carried out with the upmost professionalism and efficiency. Having needed pointing, and new ridge tiles, I stumbled upon this company and it was the best decision made. From enquiring about a quote, to the work completed and signed off, it took less than 3 weeks! The work was of an excellent standard, carried out by the friendliest of people. This was the only company that could be bothered to come out and give an estimate. We have a bunglow. Jamie came out and video the ridge tiles. Decided to go for new dry ridge system. Two lads came out, stripped old ridge tiles and fitted the new system in a couple of hours. Cleaned up and removed all the rubbish. First class service. Would recommend this company.

We had ridge tiles removed and a new ridge system installed by Trustmark . They did a great job carrying out the work over 3 days . The team carrying out the work were first class and even all the rubbish from the removal was stored extremely tidely - no mess lying about - and collected as soon as the job was completed . Really pleased with the quality of the new ridges and would have no hesitation in recommending this company .

Excellent from start to finish: Trustmark responded quickly to our initial contact; communication was clear and frequent; the job was regularly assessed including a visit from a representative of NFRC; they turned up when they said they would and everyone was respectful and friendly. Jason and his team worked extremely hard replacing our roof and produced a really good job. All in all, Trustmark were very professional.

I posted the job on Checkatrade and was approached by 4 companies. I was struck by the professionalism of Trustmark, the fact they had registered premises and were VAT registered too which,to me, proved they were a reliable company. They came on time for the initial appraisal and quickly sent around the QS to check the job requirements once I had given the OK. The job was completed within the week and their own QA chap came around to sign off the job. I have been very comfortable with every step and would be happy to recommend them based on my experience.

Excellent work completed to a high standard by polite and pleasant workers. Even offered to check for any other issues on my chimney - they could’ve easily invented and issue and charged me hundreds of pounds extra (I’d have been none the wiser), but they were honest and transparent - can’t recommend enough. Another team member came out a few days after to ensure I was happy with everything before taking payment, really good customer service.

Very good service had the roof of the bay window replaced with a rubber roofing. The lads were quick and efficient and did a very good job. The staff are very knowledgeable helpful and friendly and I would definitely recommend this company.
