General roof repairs to prevent future issues. Very courteous and turned up when they said they would, which is always a bonus! Work looks great.
After dealing with a fair few tradesmen recently this company was a pleasure to deal with. They turn up when they say they will, quote a price for the job and provide before and after pictures of the work they do. They are also more than happy to answer any questions you have about the work they are doing without talking to you in a condescending tone which I have noticed some tradespeople doing. Would not hesitate in recommending them.
Terry & the entire team at T&T Rooflines were complete professionals. They communicated quickly and clearly, providing an estimate of services. When the work shifted -- based on additional information-- they clearly showed what needed to be done, tried to work within original budget. Time and time again they went the extra mile in delivering high quality work on our roof. We will use them again for any future work on our home. They are the definition of a quality family-run ethical business.

The trader charged me £650 to repair and repoint my Dormer roof valleys to prevent rain ingress. On 25th Sept we had heavy rain on checking loft there was water running down the joists and flooding the loft the photo is the amount of water I was emptying every 3 hrs. Next day I rang The trader to complain response was "I am on a course for 2 weeks ring me 28th Oct." The following weekend further heavy rain and more flooding. Mon 30th rang the trader, texted, sent him video showing the damage STILL AWAITING RESPONSE 2 DAYS LATER. Contacted my insurer who gave me 2 Roofing Surveyors to contact they were both shocked told me to contact roofers with top accreditation, had 3 quotes all said work was shocking. Have booked one to replace the damaged valleys with new lead and remove tiles replace soaked membrane refit tiles. Cost £3000 YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! The trader also asked if HE could leave 5* rating for me ?
