After dealing with a fair few tradesmen recently this company was a pleasure to deal with. They turn up when they say they will, quote a price for the job and provide before and after pictures of the work they do. They are also more than happy to answer any questions you have about the work they are doing without talking to you in a condescending tone which I have noticed some tradespeople doing. The trader charged me £650 to repair and repoint my Dormer roof valleys to prevent rain ingress. On 25th Sept we had heavy rain on checking loft there was water running down the joists and flooding the loft the photo is the amount of water I was emptying every 3 hrs. Next day I rang The trader to complain response was "I am on a course for 2 weeks ring me 28th Oct." The following weekend further heavy rain and more flooding. Mon 30th rang the trader, texted, sent him video showing the damage STILL AWAITING RESPONSE 2 DAYS LATER. Contacted my insurer who gave me 2 Roofing Surveyors to contact they were both shocked told me to contact roofers with top accreditation, had 3 quotes all said work was shocking. Have booked one to replace the damaged valleys with new lead and remove tiles replace soaked membrane refit tiles. Cost £3000 YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! The trader also asked if HE could leave 5* rating for me ?
