I couldn’t recommend Tom’s plumbing services highly enough. He’s unfailingly diligent and thorough with excellent attention to detail. Best of all I’ve, on occasion, called Tom at short notice, and he’s moved heaven and earth to get to me as quickly as possible. There are some tradesmen you always trust to get it sorted; Tom is the stand headline act for me.

Tom has carried out several bit of plumbing for us over the years including fitting new radiator valves, heating system service, fitting new bathroom sink waste pipe and plug and fitting new kitchen tap. All the works was carried out to a high standard, promptly and reasonably price. I’d recommend Tom if you’re looking for plumbing services.

Tom has done a lot of work for us over the years, he was recommended to us by a friend and we have recommended him to others many times over He is usually on time but if he’s running late he will always call us ahead of time to let us know, he always gets the job done in the time he states which is almost unheard of these days and we’re always happy with the work he does

Tom came recommended and has been taking care of our plumbing for a number of years. He installed a new boiler, does annual servicing of the boiler, has installed new radiators and has sorted out various leaks, dripping taps etc. Tom has always fitted us in when we’ve had an emergency. He is reliable, professional. He always cleans up. His charges are reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend him to a friend. Which I have done.

Tom is very pleasant, honest and reliable. He came promptly and fixed the leak from the pipe feeding water into our washing machine. He showed me what he had done along with explaining how he had remedied the issue. I would have no hesitation in recommending him or having him undertake other jobs if the need arises.

Tom has done work for us on several occasions, and in particular, he is speedy in response, especially when our boiler broke down in mid-February! We relied heavily on Tom's sage advice when replacing the boiler in the cellar, given the numerous structural and technical issues. He executed the work as planned and on budget, a very neat job. No hesitation in recommending him to others...

It has been great to have TW Plumb helping us to resolve our plumbing issues/leakages in different parts of our house twice this year. Tom has carried out lots of work for me over the years. I met him initially when my builder introduced him when I was having my extension built. He carried out all plumbing works including the installation of 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, utility equipment and servicing/repair of my gas boiler. He is always accommodating, prompt & well priced and would recommend him to anyone.

Tom is brilliant with a quick response to initial contact through to inspection, identifying issue and prompt fix. He gutted my bathroom, removed all tiles, re-did the plumbing, arranged for the room to be plastered, installed new wall and floor tiles, and installed new bathroom and lights. Amazing work, always turned up when he said he would, always cleaned up after himself, really friendly and professional. He also has the patience of a saint, as I had ordered the wrong-sized sink, and he helped me replace it. Met the agreed budget. I would recommend Tom to everyone.
