Efficient and Professional
Jon and Jackson arrived promptly, were very professional and respectful and did a fantastic job fitting my patio door. The whole process from ordering to fitting was well managed and I was kept informed at every stage by Dev

Good product well made
We have used fineline twice before for windows the 1st time was over 26 years ago and the last time was 4 years ago ans so a very well made product. We like that you can pay a deposit of 50% and then have 3 years interest free finance. The sales rep was very nice and knowledgeable. He gave us suggestions as to the light we might get into the refurbished conservatory with a solid roof he suggested two panels of glass in the roof, My only suggestion to him would be that we would have liked to pay some of our deposit on a credit card to get section 75 cover should the company go into liquidation. We instead went to the local site and arranged a small payment on our card. When we printed out our terms and conditions it said we could pay our deposit on a credit card.

The original salesman didn’t take any…
The original salesman didn’t take any measurements. Had he done so it would have been clear that our doorway is too small for one of your doors in the style I wanted. He wasted my time and your surveyor’s who did know his job.

Excellent Company
This was the second time of using Fineline Windows. The first time was well over 30 years ago and guessed the company was doing something right as still in business. When thinking about who to have to have fit a smaller window in the front of our house we immediately thought of Fineline as the 30 year old patio doors look nearly as good as new. We certainly made the right decision because everything was perfect from start to finish. Everybody involved was friendly and professional from Dev at customer services and Tony who did an excellent job installing our window. Would not hesitate to do business with this company again.

New Patio Door

Istallation of door and windows
I would like to report the installation of a new front door and windows at my property were carried out over two days 27 and 28 April 2026.and would like to comment that Tony Parslow the fitter carried out the work. His workmanship was excellent and in fact it was perfect. He was polite and very helpful and he answered all my questions in a friendly and informative manor and worked non stop over 2 days. Also I extend my thanks to Scott Dowton who carried out the original survey and the other members of the installation team Dev and Richard. The product itself especially the front door was also excellent and good value for money. As a retired architect and surveyor I would certainly recommend Fineline to any of my colleagues and friends.

No typical sales pressure
No typical sales pressure. I discussed everything I wanted and walked away with just a brochure and estimate to think upon. Found the whole experience so refreshingly uncomplicated that I put my order in the next day. Am looking forward to my new windows and doors.

Great firm
I would like to thank Marc and Nigel you did an excellent job thank you so much for,also thank you dev for your continuous support over the phone with updates,I would also like to thank John,scott and the lady who rang me on how it was going.This firm replaced my windows even though I had shutters not many firms would do this if you have shutters.once again thank you Marc and Nigel for everything .I will use this firm again if I need any windows replacing

Fineline, fine door, fitted by a fine Tony.
Had a composite door and side window fitted by Tony, we are extremely pleased with the work he carried out on his own. Very neat job and we would highly recommend Tony, just cracks on with it, first class. Hopefully having new windows next year and we will be requesting Tony for the job. Thankyou.

Exceptional Service

Perfect again
Another exceptional window installation from a window company I trust more than any other. This time the installation team was a one man called Tony. It was only a single window, but he did a flawless job on his own in record time. I have planning approval for an extension which starts soon, I have already spoken to sales about the 11 Windows and a large sliding door I will need. I won’t use any other company but this.
