Louis from USL Group came out very late on a Saturday night when our lock failed trapping us in the house. Was friendly and professional over the phone, and was with us in the 15-20 mins he promised (much better than the company we initially contacted that - despite being 24/7 - had no locksmiths taking calls or jobs!). When he arrived he got straight on with fixing the broken lock, leaving it working and looking brand new. From call to completion he took 40 mins to free us from the house. I first met Loius in 2010 following a burlary in our house. I was very happy with his work , with his work ethics and his very pleasant manner. This afternoon Louis was able to help a close friend of mine with replacing a lobby door lock because someone had broken into her keysafe and stolen her house keys.
