The cost was as the same as they quoted

I have used upgrade property sevices meny time they have fully tiled my bathroom to a high standard I have had flooring fitted and a loft conversion which has given me a lovely bedroom space I have recomended them to my neighbour who is very pleased with her new kitchen and utility room . They really do work as a good team to get the jobs done .the finish and workmanship really is the best /professional relieable and just make everything happen

Shaun & his team have done an excellent job on my loft conversion. I cant believe the quality in there work and the quote i got is what i paid! Very professional service & what a difference its made to my home!! Thanks guys will be definitely be using again and 100% recommended this company :)

I used this company for some maintenance works on a flat, parking was difficult but the company managed OK. The work was carried out very well and the company had all the right tools and experience for the job. Whilst it was a small job they an excellent job, and I was very please with them, as it difficult to get small jobs done. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for other works, and I hope to use them again. Tony in N21

Very professional, the refurbishment they did to my property was way beyond than what I expected! They offered the best price compared to any other companies. I would strongly recommend to anyone! Shaun and your team thanks again! Very pleased.
