Friendly and efficient. Did a live stopcock change and cleared all water up afterwards.

Kai and team were brilliant! They installed a new combi-boiler and radiators throughout the property. All snags were fixed promptly. The team were professional and worked quickly. I appreciate that they sacrificed a Sunday to do all the work. I highly recommend their services

He is friendly, very knowledgeable, happy to explain & gives you options. We feel we can trust him & that we’re getting good value for money. Kai always responds quickly. He is always on time, professional and tidy. He always comes out to a job the next day (which you don't always get), even if it's not an emergency. Would definitely recommend.
Efficient, well priced and good service
Kai quickly identified the problem and immediately resolved it with fantastic results. For the first time, l only have hot water on and my gas bills will be significantly reduced. When l am ready to change my boiler, l will be using this company. The Engineers are highly skilled. Kai communicates well, is patient and polite. He explained what was wrong in terms l could fully understand. I'm very happy with this company's services. Highly recommendable.

Kai has been great from the first point of contact. He’s friendly and polite, as well as very quick to respond with quotes and availability in his schedule. He has been very patient with my slow responses when arranging dates for works, accommodating the jobs quite quickly and with understanding. He works quickly and tidily with care for doing the job well. I would definitely recommend him to others.

We had a suspected water leak which Kai identified was actually caused by thermal expansion due to the very hot weather. Kai was quick to respond, identify the issue and suggest next steps.
We had a water leak under the sink and we needed someone to fix it before the weekend. After calling a few plumbers, and none being able to help usmfor a few days, Kai was with us within 40 mins from our call, despite being a Friday evening. He quickly replaced the defective valve and all was sorted by dinner time. We're very happy with the end result, and Kai was very friendly and helpful. We wouldn't esitate to call him again in future!
