Vince and team completed all that was asked in the original contract to an excellent standard but also completed additional spontaneous requests with out hesitation. Even spontaneously offering suggestions and work themselves which only enhanced the superb finish. They often stayed late to ensure the job was finished and worked some Saturdays as well. We came to see them as part of the family. Very trustworthy and respectful. Always quick to trouble shoot any arising issues. All the work completed on time with no corners cut. When Vince is at the helm the work and attention to detail is exceptional. They were happy to return on several occasions to touch up work that needed additional attention.

The loft extension was carried out at exceptional speed and accuracy. Im happy with the finished product. Will request them to carry out any future projects.

Vince and his team completed a kitchen renovation and a one-story extension for me, and I would recommend them to friends and family for building work. During the project, they were friendly, truthful, and reliable. Vince offered guidance on how to complete the job effectively and economically from the beginning, telling us where to spend the money and where we could make some savings. Overall, the project's completion surpassed my expectations while staying within the budget limit I informed Vince I had set.

I took 5 quotations for double story side and rear extension, loft conversion, complete roof change, underfloor heating, baths/kitchen fittings, doors/door frames, and Porch, his quotation was in the middle. He was the only one to return with a 9 page booklet with best itemised quote and 5 stage payment plan. He was recommended by my cousin where Vince managed a project left unfinished by another builder. He was on that larger than mine project for more than a year. I was looking for someone who wouldn’t abandon the project and an honest person to see work with eys. He estimated 5 months for his work for my almost a new built. He walked out within his estimated time and amazingly making us happy. As he said “my project is my reference” and it’s true. I recommended him to almost 6/7 people after he finished at mine. He treated my project as his own and helped me overcome difficulties with design and boundary wall. He made further visits if spotted some screw tightening. Best builder.

Vincent and his team carried out a bathroom refit and redecorated the lounge with panelling features and am thoroughly impressed with and delighted with both. The work is done professionally and within time, the costs are excellently calculated with materials and labour. Vincent and his family team (Lance, Kane and Reese) did a loft conversion and a vaulting of our kitchen celling. Of the 4 building companies that gave us a quotation, Vincent was the only one to visit us and assess the job, and gave us the best quote. We immediately liked him for his enthusiasm, openness and flexibility (in terms of allowing us to work with him to produce some cost savings). They were a joy to have around - always polite, friendly and good humoured, and they took great pride in doing a good job.
