Called Vision roofing worried about potential problem. Mark came round same day and put my mind to rest. The repair was carried out the following day. It didn’t take the guys long and was worth double what I was charged. Couldn’t recommend enough. Hard to find honest hard working people these days but Mark is certainly one of them.
We contacted trade toward the end of 2024 as our roof needed new felt and tiles. Initially he was great as he was easy to get hold of, turned up when he said he would and dropped some sample tiles round. Unfortunately, that was short-lived. Trade advised the job would take a month to do so we allowed 2 months. It took 7 months to get the roof finished and a further 2 months of chasing him for the warranty. It wasn’t until we said we were taking further action that the paperwork then came through. During the process, there were so many issues I can’t list them all.
