Spoke to Richard on the evening of Thursday 9th February and he came the next morning to have a look at the problem. He was punctual, polite and friendly. The leak was fixed in no time (replaced old worn pipe) and he was happy to make another visit on Monday 13th (at no additional charge) to replace a connecting part to the new pipe which had started to dribble water. Would definitely contact Richard again with any water repair problems and recommend him to others

Richard from w4 plumbers attended my property to fix a leaking tap and also a toilet system that was constantly refreshing. He investigated both and needed parts which he then ordered and returned on the day he said he would to complete the work and completed both jobs to a good standard and left the place as it was before. In relation to the leaking tap he advised me that he had to potentially break a tile so at least he told me upfront that this might happen rather than just going ahead. Fortunately there was no issue and everything was sorted out. Richard was very professional
