I had my complete water system upgraded from a very old unvented system to a sealed system which required a new boiler and unvented water cylinder. I selected Waterworx because they have a great deal of experience and provided a competitive quote. Work was completed to a very high standard, on time and with no hidden costs. As a fairly small company Keith, Alan and Ali are fully accredited in all the right areas and were able to provide a great level of customer service and flexible approach.

I was impressed by how quickly this trader came. In a couple of hours he was round and had started the work. He gave me clear information about what the problem was and what could be done to try and fix it. He tried the quickest and cheapest option first and thankfully it worked! I was happy with the efficiency, speed and honesty of the trader and would definitely recommend him.

They replaced my ancient central heating system when it failed completely and did a fantastic job at an unbeatable price. They're totally reliable and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Waterworx installed a complete new bathroom suite and boiler. Their work was excellent and could not find fault with any aspect. Their work was very competivley priced and I was kept informed of the time it would take to complete. I would have no hesitation in reccomending them.

Keith was really friendly and helpful. He serviced my boiler at a reasonable price and conducted necessary checks. He also gave me practical and realistic advice about plumbing queries I had which was great as I did not feel pressurised into paying for any work that really was not needed. Whereas I am sure some traders would give any advise if it meant more money especially when talking to a female who has no idea about the trade! Would highly recommend Waterworx.

The boiler needed replacing and Keith & Ali installed it in an emergancy (I had no hot water). Their work was excellent and at a reasonable price bearing in mind it was such short notice. I would recommend Waterworx to anybody that needed a plumber/heating engineer. I felt very comfortable having them in my home and I was more than happy to leave them to it. I am now always recommending them to friends and family.

Waterworx installed a full central heating system and since then have done various other plumbing jobs. I can not not fault them, the work was carried out very professionally. I would reccomend them without hesitation.

they installed a new boiler for us, removed the old one and made a neat job of all the pipework, also moved a couple of radiators and fitted a shower, all work was genuinely impressive, didn't have a single grumble. when I couldnt work out the remote thermostat, ali came round in about 15 mins, on a friday night! would definitely recommend this firm, i found them refreshingly honest.

Extremely happy with the service, I had been having trouble getting someone to install a shower and fix a couple of problems in the bathroom. Wateworx, were quick, punctual, and efficient, therefore I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have used Waterworx 3 times now and would not hesitate to call them again. The first time Keith came on a Sunday eve because I had a leak and he did a temporary repair until he could return the next day to sort it properly. Then I had an extra radiator fitted and the third time my toilet flush broke. On each occasion they were efficient and helpful and nothing was too much trouble, and just as important for me on a tight budget, their charges were very reasonable.

Just had a new Combi Boiler Installed and heating to the upstairs of our new house. Ali was fantastic and cannot recommend him enough. Very clean, helpful, honest and friendly. Always did what was promised and more. Friendly to my two year old son and I was very comfortable leaving him alone in my home. Will always use them for any further plumbing or heating work that I need doing. One word for Ali is "Perfectionist". Keith was very organised and ensured I knew exactly what to expect.

Came to service the boiler and carry out a gas inspection. Keith arrived bang on time, did the job swiftly and thoroughly, cleaned everything up and all this with 2 noisey children bouncing around him. Extremely happy with the price. Would most certainly recommend and will be using again. Thank you
