James came and assessed the work that was needed on my roof, I had quotes from other roofers but I was only happy with what work James and his team were going to do, he took me through step by step and didn’t fob me off with rubbish. The workers arrived on a Tuesday and replaced ridging tiles, cemented, cleaned up well behind them, very satisfied with the work that was carried out in two days , would highly recommend James and his workers. What started out as a slipped slate, quickly became a much bigger job. Rotten battens and rafters needed replacing and crumbling slates too. In the end, it was agreed that a brand new roof was required on my 1890s-built house. James and his colleagues undertook this work with professionalism, speed, accuracy and efficiency. James is a perfectionist who takes great pride in his work and to produce the best possible outcome for his client. Thank you, a great job.

From start to finish, working with James was a pleasure. He explained all aspects of the required work thoroughly, making sure I could understand what needed to be done and why. He took photos of the damage that required repair so I could see for myself what was wrong, and explained the process for the fix. When on site, he and his co-workers were punctual and kept mess to a minimum. After work was completed all was put back as it was. I'll be coming back in the future.

We had to have spray foam insulation removed from our loft. It came as a big blow to us both financially and emotionally. James, the owner, dealt with us in a very professional but compassionate manner. His team of workers were a delight to have on site. They were very polite and respectful and tidied up the best they could each evening. We would highly recommend them.

James, was polite and professional. He checked our main roof both back and front. Whilst the main issue was with the roof at the front of the house. He explained what and where the issues were. The quote he gave was reasonable for a complete roof replacement. James and his crew worked flatout to strip down and replace tiles, felt, battons and insulation of a two story Terrenced house over a two day period including cleanup. Great job i would consider using them again.

Very helpful, respectful, informative and honest. Was able to come and give us a quote very quickly which was reasonably priced. Additional work's were identified which also felt reasonably priced based upon similar quote. The leak's were fixed along with the chimney and lots of cement/pointing work. When I asked for additional photographs of completed works, James came around again to take photographs to show me how he had fixed the works. Would definitely recommend.

on arrival james the proprietor arrived very promptly and i told him where the issue was. he knew immediately where the problem lay. he was very clean and tidy in his work and did the necessary repair explaining what he was doing along the way price was very reasonable too his work was second to none will definitely save his details for future use
