We had had the same alarm people for many years, but they were taken over and we were very annoyed at an outrageous fee charged for a 5 minute job last year and vowed to change. We looked around locally and thought Welwyn Garden alarms the most reasonable. We fixed an appointment some months ahead. We were fully justified. They came on time on the agreed date, and did a very thorough job. We made a great choice!

This was a routine maintenance visit . It was carried out on time, with no fuss by a very competent engineer who was a delight to have around.

As usual they turned up on time did the service checked everything and sorted it for us. Didn’t try to sell us batteries that weren’t needed very honest and great service as normal. I would highly recommend them.

Have been a customer for 25+ years. Service has always been very good and personal. Generally it’s the same team members and engineers. Always very helpful and never had a problem with service in all those years. Alarm and CCTV have been very reliable. Any issues (of which there have been hardly any) have always been dealt with promptly. I have always managed to get service appointments easily to fit in with my schedule. I have another property with a different large alarm co. A completely different experience all round. Not a patch on Welwyn Garden Alarms. Wish I could use them for both!

In the event after commissioning, there was a lingering issue with the internal wifi connection, and it was decided to install a hard wire.
