Roger was very easy to deal with, he replied promptly to our query with a clear and reasonable quote and he turned up on time on the day. He fixed our oven quickly and cleanly and was very friendly. We wouldn’t hesitate to use him again in the future.
I called Roger on the off-chance that he'd answer between jobs. As it happened, he was finishing up 5 minutes drive away so it was perfect timing. My oven required a replacement fan and he had the correct part with him and it was fitted within half an hour. He was friendly and my oven was fixed within 45 minutes of my initial call. Great service - thank you!
