Our boiler broke during the weekend. By Tuesday we had a brand new boiler installed and working.

came and did the job quickly as boiler was broken. I accepted the quote based on some other quotes in Checkatrade . He said the boiler was £1500 and the rest was labour . The boiler fitted was a Worcester 2000 £654 on line ... They worked all day and the radiators came on except not all as hot as they should be . As 7 of the radiators are old I was going to have them changed which I was informed would make the boiler more efficient.

I posted my job on Checkatrade when my boiler needed a heat plate exchanger replacement and a power flush. West Midlands Gas and Plumbing Service responded very quickly and did a great job. Everything was explained clearly, the price was fair, and the work was completed to a high standard. The system is working well now, and they left the place clean and tidy. Very prompt and friendly, very open about costs of repairs and parts. Unfortunately main part gone on very old boiler that meant I’m better to apply for grant to replace, but did a fix to still allow hot water through Emerson and explained it all to me. Appreciate how helpful and honest he eased

Sami was brilliant. Turned up when he said he would. Did the boiler service and changed my thermostat and repaired my leaking radiator. Kept my house clean and cleaned up after himself. Would highly recommend.

We needed a boiler service and they responded quickly quoting a price of '£100 cert'. 'Sami' identified a problem and attempted to fix and then requested £200. He got £100 cash, chased within hours and then requested payment to his own account. We paid but were suspicious when the boiler performed the same as before. Someone else came and was shocked that the cover hadn't been re-fitted correctly and was left in a 'potentially very dangerous condition'. The latest company fixed everything, refitted the cover safely and charged us £30. Lessons learned so suggesting caution using the above.

Sam is a very competenent engineer. I had previously engaged the services of a few engineers to fix the problem but none had managed to do so. But Sam diagnosed the problem and fixed it too. He is also a very honest individual who promised not to charge anything if he wasnt going to fix the boiler. I strongly recommend him.

The best bolier engineer I even met. He fixed my boiler very quickly without any delays. Very professional! I highly recommend him and you will no regret it! 👍👍👍

Rang Samiullah as urgency as boiler was leakinf water Came out within 3 hours, diagnosed the boiler and concluded it had run its course and would cost the same as replacement (boiler was over 15 years old) Came the following day ontime and changed the boiler, clean, efficent and proffesional. He also gave me a run down of how the boiler operated.

first class service. chap turned up at the agreed time. did the job with minimum mess and zero fuss. leaks now fixed and very happy customer. I'd recommend this Company without reservation. cost very reasonable. thank you once sgain.

Needed a quick call out to check a leak on my central heating filter. Very quick and efficient communication. Work completed is to a good standard.

I hired trade for a boiler repair, and my experience was extremely disappointing. He quoted £150 for labor plus £150 for parts. After fitting a £10 turbine adapter, he informed me that he couldn't fix the boiler and only charged £150 in total, claiming the labor was free. I don't want to pay half price for my boiler not being fixed! The leak has not decreased in any way. Everything he did was a total waste of time and caused significant frustration. this is simple incompetence, but I would recommend looking elsewhere for boiler repairs.

Sam did an excellent job, changed tap and cleaned out drain. He was very professional and respectful of my property. I would use him again.

I have a leakage from under the boiler (Logic Heat 12) and Sam from West Midland Gas and Plumbing Services fixed it without hassles. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Work was carried out to a very high standard, all communications were precise and to the point, weather conditions on the day were awful but still the work was completed in a timely manner , very pleased with the workmanship, will certainly recommend them to friends and family for future reference on jobs of this type
