Jon and the team worked incredibly hard from the moment they arrived on day 1 of our works - a complex complete replacement of a 30 year old boiler and hot water cylinder while trying to also make the most of a new water main we had to have installed. Jon and his entire team’s work ethic is second to none and everything is planned in detail. All done with a smile on the entire team’s face and I would not hesitate to use West Sussex Heating for all my future servicing needs. Well done to all

Excellent service from start to finish. Courteous friendly service. Answered all my questions. Arrived on time on the day. All went smoothly and sorted out some additional jobs with radiators for me. Tidied everything up and showed me how everything works. Highly recommend and wouldn’t use any one else. Thank you

The company replaced a very old gas boiler in the house (a 3-bed semi) The job was completed in a day, faster than expected and everything was left clean and tidy with no mess at all. The plumber was friendly, polite and informative throughout. He fixed a few broken bits of pipe and radiator bleed valve at no extra charge. His rate was very competitive. I would thoroughly recommend using him.
