After being let down by other electricians, a family member recommended I contact Mark as he had recently undertaken work for them to which they had been very impressed with his services. Mark lived up the the hype! Not only was the work that Mark did excellent but I was also really pleased with how quickly he was able attend the house and complete the work. His communication was excellent and costs were very reasonable. Will definitely use Marks services again for any future work needed.

Having tried to contact electricians in Bridgend where I live but receiving no response to telephone calls, emails, messages left, I decided to try Cardiff and found Mr Williams on Which Trusted Trader. He returned my call within hours and came and carried out the work I required within a week. He is an excellent electrician, the work was all completed to a very high standard and he was happy to give me advice on other aspects of electrics. Even though he had to travel several miles to my house, his price for all the jobs which took a few hours, was extremely fair. Mr Williams was a very pleasant and efficient electrician and cleared up after the work was finished. I would use him again 100%.

I rang Mark on the recommendation of a neighbour, to ask whether he could do two small electrical repairs, namely mend two pull switches, one of which had stopped working altogether and the other which had developed an intermittent fault. Mark was happy to agree and a mutually convenient time was agreed for him to call. He arrived on time and was very pleasant and helpful in person. He had brought replacement parts with him, which he fitted. He completed the two jobs quickly and cleaned and tidied up. Meanwhile, we had remembered that the front door bell was intermittently faulty, so we asked if he could look at that for us. This needed a replacement part and he checked our choice with us before buying it. We felt what he charged was very reasonable and we are very happy to recommend him.

I have used Mark since 2018 and will continue to do so (he is trustworthy knowledgeable and professional) for all electrical work e.g Creating extra sockets (other electrician quotes said couldn’t be done) but Mark said can be done Extra spotlights fitted Double outside electric socket fitted. He has recently done work on my daughter's new property New bathroom light fitting after his advice on what to go with Fitted upgraded electric wall heaters, a fabulous job done so pleased. 5* service advice. We asked Mark to fit an induction hob where a gas hob had been. The work turned out to be non-trivial and needed difficult cutting of the worktop. He worked away diligently - it took him about four hours to complete the fitting. He was concerned to get things right, such as fitting an isolation switch for the oven that is fed by the same cable as the hob. We were very pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the cost was. We propose to use him if we need other electrical work done.

He is an expert electrical engineer who can solve any electrical problem. Fixed two fiddly problems for me. Great work from a master in his field.

Mark fitted a PIR light by our front door. He arrived promptly, did a great job and was a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely use him again for any electrical work and would recommend him to my friends.

Professional, trustworthy and thorough. Mark came out at short notice to diagnose a tricky problem with our domestic electrics and was determined to fix the issue, which he did successfully in very little time at all. Replaced two sections of wiring and got our downstairs socket circuit back up and running. Will definitely contact him again if we require any further electrical work, and will recommend him to everyone we know locally!

This was the third occasion we have called upon Mark, and it was every bit as successful as the previous visits. He fitted a new double plug socket for which he provided an electrical certificate, installed a heat alarm, and diagnosed and fixed a problem with our cooker hood. Mark always explains what he proposes to do before starting, and his charges are very reasonable.

Mark came to repair two malfunctioning lights at our home. He arrived promptly and was courteous and thorough, explaining the problems, and what he intended to do, which he did speedily. We had no electricity in our kitchen, especially fridge and freezer , and in our dinning room. Mark found out the problem and managed to fix everything. It was not easy as we live in an old house. Mark was very patient, explained what he was doing and job done. 👍 We are very grateful and pleased with his service. We have used Mark before as Electrician of choice. On this occasion we needed some sockets repositioned, some sockets installed where there were no existing sockets, and electrical leads resting on top of the kitchen cabinets needed to be tidied up. In addition, we needed Mark to track down why one particular electrical circuit which powered the garage, tripped on an infrequent basis. This was a particularly difficult task because at times the circuit would trip, meaning there was no way to access the garage. If only the garage had an entrance from the house, or from the garden we would have been able to get into the garage. In the end, Mark dismantled some of the overhead door and was able to detach the garage door motor to enable the door to be opened manually. Once inside the garage, Mark was able to rectify the problem. Mark can be relied upon to work quietly and diligently, and keeps the customer advised throughout.

Mark was able to fit a new socket and change another with very short notice. All options and steps were described to us and the work was carried out to a high standard and with no mess.

I recently contacted Mark for the first time to remove two ceiling lights and install two new ones. He arrived on time on the day agreed. He worked quietly and efficiently to do the work. A problem was detected with an existing dimmer switch for one of the new lights. Luckily I had a replacement light switch in the house , which Mark was able to install with no problems. All the work was completed and I am very happy with work. I would have no hesitation in using Mark for any other electrical work.

Mark did electrical work at both my house and my mum’s house. This is the second time I have used Mark for electrical work. He is reliable and polite and completes the work in a timely manner. He provides advice on best lighting / solutions. He purchased the lighting fitments on my behalf (saving me time & effort working out the best option). Reasonably priced. This is the second time Mark has done work for us. This time he sourced and installed new fire alarms throughout the house. He was punctual, efficient and the price was very fair.
