Highlights

"This company was incredible. Cannot recommend them enough. Very fast communication and the work was completed to a very high standard."

"I had a 20-year-old UFH manifold that had started leaking, so I contacted Paul, who kindly came out to assess the issue. After discussing the options, we decided to upgrade to a modern manifold system with smart thermostats. He provided a competitive quote, and I was happy to proceed with the upgrade. The entire installation process, from start to finish, was carried out in a clean, tidy, and highly professional manner. Communication with the company was absolutely fantastic — emails were answered promptly and clearly throughout. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend"

"I can’t praise Willis Heatinv enough! From the first contact they have been efficient, helpful and the standard of work has been excellent. All of the team have been polite, tidy with their work and flexible when working in an existing home with a person with disabilities. They installed a brand new bathroom for my parents, replaced a stopcock and undertook a heating repair. I would recommend them and will use them again."

Gas work is restricted by law to Gas Safe registered engineers. If they'll touch a boiler or any gas appliance, confirm they're currently on the register before you hire - it's free and takes a minute.

Smart checks

Before you hire a gas engineer

By law, anyone working on your gas appliances must be on the Gas Safe Register — ask to see their Gas Safe ID card and check the licence number at gassaferegister.co.uk before they start.
Never let an unregistered person touch your gas: unsafe gas work risks carbon monoxide poisoning, fire and explosion, and is a criminal offence.
For a boiler or appliance install, get the work and price in writing and keep the Gas Safe / Building Regulations certificate they are required to give you.
Confirm they cover your area and can actually come out in your timeframe before anything else.
Read recent reviews for reliability and turning up on time — not only the quality of the work.
