Tom and the team completed the full renovation of our house. The quality and skill of the team was impeccable to a stress free renovation and the help and advice that they gave was invaluable. I would definitely use Tom and the team again for any work I was considering. I approached Tom and his team to help me with a redesign of my kitchen and the renovation works. We redesigned the layout of the kitchen, removed a utility room and installed steels across the back of the house to enable large bifold doors to be installed. From day one Tom and the team were very efficient, polite and punctual. Tom kept me updated all of the way through the project and even completed some additional works I asked them to do while they were working on the kitchen project. Overall a great service and I am more than happy with the work they completed.

Winrose Constructionhave carry out a fabulous job on my property, from the groundwork of underpinning my entire house to the addition of the first floor, loft and new roof. Winrose were very mindful to ensure that my remaining home stayed safe and secure whilst complete removing the old first floor and roof especially during the winter months. We are very pleased with the extension that Tom and his team completed on our house. Tom ensured that we were happy with each aspect of the job, including matching the existing bricks and tiles exactly. They were very accommodating when we made adjustments to the original plan and discussed every part of the job as it progressed. We are very impressed with the standard of the workmanship (and we have high standards!). All of the team who worked here were very friendly, professional and polite. Tom visited the site everyday and regularly checked that we were happy with progress. They tidied the site at the end of every day and stored their materials and tools considerately. Tom and his company Winrose took on the refurbishment and remodelling of our very dated 3 bed bungalow. His quote was competitive and he was happy to show us other work recently completed. The work included the building of a kitchen extension, redesigning and moving internal walls to make better use of the internal space. It also included relandscaping the back and front. The work was begun at the end of 2019 and was finished in the early Summer of 2020, at a time when the first lockdown made it extremely difficult to get materials and tradesmen onsite. He showed excellent perseverance during this times and while the conditions meant that work was held up, he did whatever he could to ensure that the project moved forward. The quality of the end result speaks for itself. He added thoughtful additional features and definitely went the extra mile to accommodate our needs and even improve on the spec we had given him.

The service & personable approach Tom provided from the offset did not go unnoticed. From an initial first meeting to discuss our requirements & needs, the support continued throughout the project with regular updates & site visits. Tom was always very accommodating with any queries & amendments that we had. The team were reliable, friendly & carried out the works in a tidy & timely manner. The standard & quality of the works is second to none, we are delighted with the result & cannot recommend the company highly enough

Winrose Construction Ltd refurbished my old cluttered utility room into a modern spacious utility and dog room with plenty of storage space, shelving and floor to ceiling cupboards. All work carried out was to a very high standard. I would recommend Tom and his guys.

Tom and his team recently carried out a home interior refurbishment project for us turning a kitchen into a snug and we are very pleased with the result. The project kept to the budget and finished in the timescale discussed. His team were friendly, polite and punctual and discussed all aspects of the project with us throughout. We moved into our new house in 2023 and needed a complete kitchen remodel, involving two knockthroughs, two steel beams installed, rewiring and replumbing. We planned the project well in advance and Tom was patient and communicative from the first meeting to project completion. As always there were unexpected problems along the way but Lewis, Tom and Jimmy were always able to come up with pragmatic options and creative solutions that meant we didn’t lose too much time overall. The guys were friendly and professional, punctual and would always consult us on changes needed as the job progressed. Overall the project took slightly longer and was a little over the original quote but this was due to unexpected issues like replacing all the joists above the kitchen which they could not have predicted beforehand. We’re are extremely pleased with the new kitchen and would definitely recommend the Winrose team - so much so that we have just started another job with them in creating an en suite for our bedroom and refitting our existing shower room.

Winrose recently completed a project at our house, and we are absolutely delighted with the end result. We have watched enough home improvement programmes to know that things never go according to plan. There were minor hiccups along the way, and one unforeseen issue, but everything was dealt with extremely professionally and as close to our budget as we could have hoped for. They were flexible when we wanted to change things, and always really helpful with suggestions. We were living in our house while the work was going on, and the team were respectful of that and a lot of fun to have around.
