Woodside replaced the intercom panel and handsets to 3 flats. All aspects of the service were highly efficient, and Robert, the engineer, was very pleasant to deal with throughout.

I spent a long time searching for a company that would provide the attention to detail and good customer service that I was seeking, especially as I was moving from another company that I had been unhappy with. I was immediately impressed by the personal response to my initial enquiry. The technician who undertook the inspection for quote purposes was extremely polite, helpful, informative and patient with answering questions. The quote itself was good and the work was subsequently undertaken in a most thorough and professional manner. This is a company that really does provide 5 star service.

Having had a couple of quotes I opted for this north London company who were really helpful, listened, and worked out a system which would meet my needs rather than an off the shelf set up. Their administration team are lovely, and at one point arranged for an engineer to ring me to sort an issue over the phone avoiding any call out charges. This year the engineer who came to complete the annual maintenance visit was spectacularly helpful, and even helped me with upgrading the app control system on my phone. I highly recommend this company

The engineer came on time. Did the service professionally and even helped me with something which was not part of his job.

Our annual alarm service and maintenance was carried out by Liam and Dan. Liam arrived on time and was extremely polite. He was super efficient, explaining everything he was doing. He warned me when he would be movikmg around the house and checked if it was okay to go into the bedrooms. The service went without a hitch but a bell needed replacing. He tried everything possible to make it work (checking in with technical support) before fitting a new bell. He did so swiftly and efficiently with the help of Dan. Excellent service, thank you.

Impressively professional installation of a new alarm system. Very tidy and careful work, followed by a clear and thorough briefing on how to use the alarm. I had not used Woodside before, but my experience with them was extremely good from start to finish. At the initial survey visit, the surveyor was very conscientious and there was no hard sell - they were more focused on finding the appropriate solution for my needs. The quote I then received was about 25% cheaper than a competitor company. The installation itself was completed efficiently and to a highly professional standard. I would definitely recommend and use again.
