Completed work on cctv system we use internally at work. Punctual, friendly and explained the system. 4th person we had out so glad he knew how to use it.

Strong winds misaligned our antenna, so I contacted the trader to fix it. A simple antenna re-alignment should have done the job, but with a stream of techno-babble I was persuaded that a new antenna, a new pole and a new cable to our loft amplifier were required. Cost - quotation already provided over the phone, prior to any visit. After the trader had left, I noticed that TV reception was worse than with the old system. Confronted over the phone, the trader simply spoke over me, interrupting me constantly. I was completely amazed. In the end I just put the phone down. The trader is a clever man who bombards you with technical details, some completely irrelevant. To a layman he probably sounds like a genius! He refuses to accept that he has replaced my old antenna with a lower performing one. Instead he now blames the amplifier and the cables to the lounge.

Gary was very polite, punctual and explained what I needed and why. I had to have a tv aerial put up due to recently changing over to BT..they dont tell you you need an aerial...anyway he was very efficient and you know you can trust someone from this site. Would definately reccomend...and use again.
