"Very noisy and clearly struggling central heating. Issue diagnosed as a blocked air separator and sludge. WTS responded promptly with an acceptable quote and accommodated the job before Christmas too. The work on the day was carried out with the minimum of disruption, care was taken to explain the work and the work area was well protected. All working very well since. A splendid job, thank you."
