Highlights

"Simon was great. Very professional from start to finish. The work he did for us was a couple of small jobs, but he came around to assess the work and quoted upfront. He arrived on time, completed the work promptly and took a lot of care."

AnonymousCheckatrade5.0 rating

"Zebs Electrics was excellent in all our dealings with him. We had a faulty light and switch as well as an extractor fan not working and an old socket that needed replacing. So several things, all of which he has sorted perfectly. He responds quickly and is polite in all of his communication. We would definitely use him again."

AnonymousCheckatrade5.0 rating

"Simon is professional, punctual and friendly. Very good communication and sensibly affordable. Highly recommended and will be my first point of call for any electrical work."

Before you hire an electrician

In England and Wales, notifiable electrical work (new circuits, a consumer unit, anything in a bathroom or kitchen) must by law be signed off under Part P of the Building Regulations — confirm they will handle that.
Prefer an electrician registered with a government-approved competent-person scheme (NICEIC, NAPIT or ELECSA) so they can self-certify the work meets the wiring regulations.
Insist on the Electrical Installation Certificate (or Minor Works Certificate) when the job is done — it is your proof the work is safe and compliant, and you will need it if you ever sell.
Look for consistent reviews across several named sources, not one polished profile.
Check any verified credentials, and that the business details independently check out.
